    road the T334.

    include fishing, bird watching, hunting, local fiestas including the
    bull runs through the towns, good restaurants. Freginals is expected to
    have a new leisure Centre in 2010

    Ulldecona and Santa Barbara  (7 Km in different directions). shops,

    There is a full range of cuisines to choose from with the Catalan and
    seafood restaurants being of the highest merit. Other choices in the
    above mentioned towns include Italian, Chinese, French, Mexican,
    Japanese, Spanish, with Kebab shops etc
    Catalonia has its own identity and culture. Proud of its artistic heritage,
    the area was home to artists like Miró and Gaudi.
    ACROSS THE REGION
    The Catalan countryside is rugged and rocky, with masia farmhouses
    and fabulous beaches across the region. Barcelona itself is a feast of
    culture and architecture, from the mellow atmosphere of Las Ramblas
    to the modernised waterfront and the spectacular unfinished
    Sagra Familia Cathedral.

The current owners run a bed and breakfast business although this has

THE FINCA 1 HECTARE OF OLIVE GROVE
There is a harvestable crop of olives valued at 1200€+. There is a current
arrangement where a local farmer takes the harvest in exchange for keeping
the land in good order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The property is overlooked by the beautiful  Montsia
 Mountains, but very close to the Ebro Delta and
 Mediterranean. Famous for its  fishing and bird
watching.
The spacious three bed  country house is within its
own finca with fully maintained gardens with patios
and has superb views of the Sierra de Montsia
natural park.
There is good access via quiet country lanes and a
short track.
 There are scenic walks for the active and  fabulous
beaches on both the Costa Dorada and the Costa de
Azahar (orange blossom coast) only 15 -25 minutes
 away with beautiful mountain lakes approx .45 mins.away.
